These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) control your use of this website DigitalVidya.com (“Website”) and Android or Apple device (iOS) mobile apps created and owned by Digital Vidya, thereby referred as “Mobile App” and Email communication to @digitalvidya.com and @digitalvidya.co.in domains. In these Terms and Conditions, “Digital Vidya” is referred to as the “Company”, “us,” or “we.”

‘You’ refers as a user or a paying customer. If you are a company or another person who gives access to company products, you agree to take responsibility in full in case of damages or indemnification that could properly lie against the customer.

The Digital Vidya website (the ‘Site’) or mobile app, the educational services made available through the site or mobile app, and the content (the ‘Products’) are owned, operated, and maintained, as applicable, by Digital Vidya (‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’, or the ‘Company’). The Site, Products, and Content are, collectively, the ‘Company Products’.

By (a) using or accessing the Company Products, including, but not limited to downloading or accessing, (b) offering a Course through the Site or through Software or through a mobile app; you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use (the “Terms”)

By using this website, mobile app or its Products and Services, You agree and warrant that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. The company’s privacy policy can be found at privacy policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use – and are not authorized to use – all or any portion of the company’s website or mobile app and its products or services (as defined below).

1. Course Enrollment

  1. Enrollment is confirmed only after the successful payment of the applicable course fee or as per the approved payment plan.
  2. The participant must provide accurate personal and contact information at the time of enrollment.
  3. Any scholarship, discount, or promotional offer is applicable only as communicated at the time of enrollment and cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
  4. The course fee is non-transferable to another individual.

2. Course Validity

  1. The standard course validity is 6 months from the date of enrollment.
  2. Participants who require additional time may be granted a one-time extension of 6 months without any additional fee, subject to the digital vidya prevailing policy.
  3. The maximum validity of the course, including the extension, is 12 months from the date of enrollment.
  4. After the completion of the maximum validity period, access to live classes, mentorship, and assessments review by trainer will expire.

3. Course Completion

  1. Participants are expected to complete all required modules, assignments, assessments, and practical activities within the course validity period.
  2. Certificates will be issued only after fulfilling all course completion requirements, including successful completion of assignments and assessments, wherever applicable.
  3. The institute reserves the right to revise the curriculum, assignments, trainers, schedules, and certification requirements to maintain industry relevance.

4. Repeat Classes

  1. Participants may attend repeat sessions for subjects conducted during their course validity period, subject to seat availability.
  2. Repeat classes are intended for revision purposes only and do not extend the course validity.
  3. Requests for repeat sessions beyond the course validity period will not be entertained unless specifically approved by the institute.

5. Re-enrollment Policy

  1. Participants who wish to resume their learning after the expiry of the course validity must re-enroll in the latest version of the program.
  2. Former participants may be eligible for a fee waiver on the prevailing course fee, subject to the institute’s re-enrollment policy in effect at the time of application.
  3. Re-enrollment grants access to the latest curriculum, learning resources, assignments, and live sessions.

6. Attendance

  1. Participants are expected to attend live sessions regularly.
  2. Missing classes does not entitle the participant to a refund, additional classes, or an extension beyond the approved validity period.
  3. Recorded sessions, if provided, are for personal learning purposes only.

7. Assignments & Assessments

  1. Participants are responsible for completing assignments within the prescribed timelines.
  2. The institute may withhold certification if mandatory assignments or assessments are incomplete.
  3. Plagiarism, cheating, or submission of copied work may result in disqualification from certification.

8. Placement Assistance

  1. Placement assistance is provided to eligible participants who successfully complete the course requirements.
  2. Placement assistance does not constitute a guarantee of employment.
  3. Participants are expected to actively participate in placement activities, interviews, resume preparation, and skill development sessions.

9. Course Content

  1. Digital Vidya reserves the right to modify, update, add, or remove course modules, tools, trainers, schedules, and learning materials without prior notice.
  2. Updated content may replace older versions to align with current industry practices.

10. Intellectual Property

  1. All course materials, presentations, recordings, assignments, templates, and learning resources remain the intellectual property of Digital Vidya.
  2. Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, record, or share any course material without prior written permission.

11. Code of Conduct

  1. Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior during live classes, online discussions, and interactions with trainers and fellow learners.
  2. Any abusive, disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of course access without refund.

12. Communication

  1. All official communication will be sent through the registered email address or mobile number provided by the participant.
  2. It is the participant’s responsibility to keep their contact information updated.

13. Limitation of Liability

  1. Digital Vidya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the course.
  2. Technical issues caused by the participant’s internet connection, device, or software are the participant’s responsibility.

14. Acceptance

By enrolling in the course, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any policies communicated from time to time.

15. AI Usage Policy

Digital Vidya encourages learners to responsibly use Artificial Intelligence tools as part of the learning process.

Participants may use AI tools for research, brainstorming, and productivity enhancement. However, assignments submitted entirely through AI without meaningful participant contribution or disclosure may not be accepted.

Digital Vidya reserves the right to review and reject submissions that violate academic integrity.

16. Learning Portal Access

Access to Digital Vidya’s Learning Management System (LMS)is valid till 5 years from the date of admission, study materials, templates, recordings, and assessments shall remain available only during the applicable course validity period unless otherwise communicated.

Login credentials are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party.

Digital Vidya reserves the right to suspend accounts found sharing login credentials or misusing learning resources.

17. Limitation of Services

Digital Vidya shall not be liable for interruptions in services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, platform failures, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, cyber incidents, or force majeure events.

18. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Digital Vidya’s website, mobile applications, or educational services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.

Digital Vidya reserves the right to update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the website, mobile application, or educational services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Claims of Intellectual Property Violations

If you believe that your work has been used without your permission in a way which prompts for copyright infringement. Please provide us with the below information and we will act on it.

  • The authorized person who will act on behalf of the owner of the copyright should send a digital or physical signature
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim to be infringing your IP.
  • A description of where and how the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Digital Vidya website, with enough detail that we may find it on the website.
  • Contact Details – Address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement by you, that the information which you provided is accurate and your claim of the copyright or intellectual property is on your owner’s behalf
